First time here, everything we had was good. Prices are decent. Had a cheese pizza, mozzarella cheese fries, and onion rings. Customer service was friendly. We will be back again.
I have been eating Franks Pizza most of my life. I used to always say it was the absolute best pizza you could get around here and would frequently stop for a slice. Not sure what happened, if there is a new person making the pizza, but it’s been terrible the last few months I have stopped by. Whoever is making the slice pies are putting the tinniest bit of sauce I have ever seen on a pizza and an overload of cheese. It looks like straight cheesy bread. It’s dry because of it. I cannot eat much cheese so I peel most of it off and I am basically left with only crust bc there is virtually no sauce on it. I have to get a side of cold sauce to be able to stomach the pizza. It’s a shame man! This was never an issue before. This person definitely needs some training on how the owners do it and do it right. It literally crushes my soul that new people have tainted my view on my once absolute favorite pizza shop by screwing up how it’s been done my entire life. I pray this issue gets fixed and soon. It’s depressing.
Stopped her Tuesday Night to get dinner. We ordered a Large Meatball Sub, a Large Order Of Steak Fries, and a Hot Fudge Sunday. The Meatball Sub was Incredible! The meatballs were big and flavored perfectly. The cheese was melted nicely. The Steak Fries were the best I’ve ever had! We will DEFINITELY be back! The Staff were also helpful and answered all our questions.
